Product Description

Webel Solar state of the art production facility & technology produces highly efficient mono-crystalline silicon solar cells. Through in house R & D and by adopting newer technologies, Webel Solar is producing +17% cell efficiencies.

Webel Solar's advance texturisation process and silicon nitride antireflection coating with hydrogen passivation helps to achieve maximum efficiency of converting sun energy to electrical energy much needed for terrestrial applications. Each such cell is tested and carefully chosen to make high efficiency solar modules and the quality conforms to the strict requirement of international standards.

With more than a decade of experience in cell and module manufacturing, Webel Solar produces high quality modules that can withstand the harshest of weather conditions. Each step of solar cell and module processing undergoes stringent in process quality control.

In the module production, the string is laminated between sheets of ethyl vinyl acetate (EVA) for moisture free protection, UV stability and electrical isolation. A high quality backtedlar (TPT) provides mechanical protection and electrical insulation. Low iron, high transmitivity glass is used for strength and high-power output.

The laminates are framed with a strong, robust and corrosion-resistant aluminum frame with multiple mounting holes for ease of installation. All modules are equipped with by-pass diodes so that the modules will function even if partially shaded. A TUV approved, IP65 junction box is used that has cables with plug-in connectors.

Other features include: weather proof-high resistant to hail, moisture, wind speed and other environmental factors with the ability to operate in temperatures ranging from - 45 degrees C to 95 degrees C, with relative humidity levels at up to 100%.

Battery Charging Modules

The AE-HE Series photovoltaic modules provide cost-effective photovoltaic power for DC loads with moderate energy requirements. They chargebatteries efficiently in virtually any climate. These modules are made with back-contact 18-20% efficient monocrystalline cells laminated behind tempered glass with aluminum frames, offering the smallest footprint available for this size module. They have an industrial-grade conduit-ready junction box on the back that has knockouts for two standard half-inch conduit fittings. Typical commercial applications of these modules include remote telemetry, instrumentation systems, security sensors, signals, and land-based navigation aids. They have a 10-year power output warranty. Made in China.
